Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home therapy services under supervision of Nurses Director and licensed OT. You will implement Plan of Care and promote client independence in the Richmond, TX area.

Qualifications

• Must have dependable transportation and be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Director of Nurses and a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA provides in-home therapy services under the Plan of Care established by the OT.

Responsibilities

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is a qualified professional who, under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and licensed Occupational Therapist, provides therapy services to clients in their homes under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which he/she practices.
