Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home therapy services under the plan of care established by an Occupational Therapist. Work is performed in patients' homes under supervision by the Director of Nurses and a licensed OT.

Qualified candidates must hold a state-licensed COTA and have dependable transportation capable of driving in various weather conditions.

• Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which he/she practices.
• Must have dependable transportation, and be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Mansioni

• Provides therapy services to clients in their homes under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist and supervised by the Director of Nurses.
• Under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, contributes to established care plans and documentation.

Responsibilities

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is a qualified professional who, under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and licensed Occupational Therapist, provides therapy services to clients in their homes under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications

1. Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which he/she practices.

2. Must have dependable transportation, and be able to drive in all weather conditions.
