Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Springfield, MO is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a clinician-led team serving Springfield and surrounding communities. The role focuses on delivering direct OT services in home health with a lower patient ratio, enabling time to focus on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri COTA license and certification in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a COTA within the last 3 years.
