Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. You will evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized plans of care with the care team to help patients regain independence and safely remain at home.

Active Missouri OT licensure, at least one year of recent OT experience, and a valid driver's license are required. We offer flexible PRN scheduling and support from a clinical team dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri OT license in good standing.
• One year of recent OT experience; home health experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes.
