Qualifications

• Active Missouri COTA license and certification in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a COTA within the last 3 years.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills.
• Home health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services.
• Carry out individualized plans of care under OT supervision.
• Coordinate with the OT and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Support patients and families through education and communication.
