Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will document progress and provide timely feedback to the supervising OT to support patient goals.
The role requires licensure in the state and experience in geriatric or long-term care settings, with a focus on accurate progress notes and collaborative care across disciplines.
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant is responsible for carrying out best practice treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide treatment by adhering to specific goals developed by the OT. As well, the COTA must provide feedback to the supervision occupational therapist via documentation or in any other method required by facility policy.
Compensation: $34-$37/hour
