Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver evidence-based therapy under OT supervision. You will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and contribute to a collaborative rehabilitation team in a long-term care setting.
The role requires an active COTA license/registration and CPR/BLS certification. Experience in geriatric care is preferred, with an emphasis on timely documentation and patient-centered care.
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant is responsible for carrying out best practice treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide treatment by adhering to specific goals developed by the OT. As well, the COTA must provide feedback to the supervision occupational therapist via documentation or in any other method required by facility policy.
Compensation: $34-$37/hour
