Job summary

Arlington Gardens Care Center in Riverside, California is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing care team. The role focuses on helping residents achieve functional independence and participating in an interdisciplinary approach to care.

You will collaborate with a supervising OT, document progress, and engage residents in meaningful activities to support physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license required.
• Experience with seniors in SNF or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to resident needs.
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.

Pay Range: $35-$38 per hour, DOE
