Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a PRN basis for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities include participating in patient evaluations, developing and executing goals, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Current CPR certification.

A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient treatment and progress in medical records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Current CPR certification.
