Aston Group is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Florida. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and support patient rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in patient evaluations and assessments as needed.
• Support the development and execution of individualized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient treatment and progress in medical records.
