Job summary

LTC Therapy Services in Sharon, MA is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time role provides OT treatments under supervision and helps residents improve daily activities, strength, mobility, and functional skills.

You will document progress accurately, communicate changes to the supervising OT, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents and families with adaptive techniques.

LTC Therapy Services is seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Sharon, MA. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents improve independence, function, and quality of life in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

What You'll Do
