Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in protocols of screening to optimize patients' physical abilities and skills.
• Implement treatment plans for assigned patients.
• Deliver treatments to meet identified objectives according to established plans.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate with patients and their families.
• Enhance clinical and professional skills through interaction with staff and ongoing education.
• Maintain administrative tasks such as billing, documentation, and record updates.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols, embracing team and interdisciplinary care concepts.

Education and Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania state license.
• Graduate of an approved school for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
