Job summary

Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on site. You will help design and implement therapy plans, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress to support independence and community re-entry.

The role requires graduation from an accredited COTA program and active COTA certification, with strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the care team in a busy setting.

About The Role

As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to design and implement individualized therapy plans for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the development and implementation of occupational therapy plans of care
• Conducting occupational therapy treatments, including exercises, activities, and modalities
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the occupational therapist
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient treatment and progress
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
