The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill, MA is hiring a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our care team. This 32-hour role supports direct patient treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and contributes to clinical program development.
Requirements include an associate degree in OTA, current state licensure, and willingness to support a broad rehab caseload.
Weekly pay up to $35 an hour with weekly pay.
As a COTA, you assist in the provision of collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist and participate in clinical program development.
As a minimum, an associate degree in occupational therapy assistant from an accredited program.
Current licensure by the applicable state agency.

Assist with direct patient treatments in accordance with a physician's order and established plan of care
Participate in team meetings and decision-making processes
Consult with patients, residents, and caregivers
Monitor efficiencies and document activities in a timely manner
Demonstrate consistent knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
Participate in clinical program development and implementation
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
