Qualifications

• Liscense required: State of Iowa COTA.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the supervision of an OT.
• Help patients regain independence through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable during sessions.

Your Impact:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will:

• Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• State of Iowa Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Experience preferred - but we’re also willing to invest in new grads!
