Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team in a full-time role. Competitive hourly compensation ($35.00–$40.00/hour) with a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

You will work under supervision to deliver individualized rehabilitation plans and document progress in accordance with regulatory requirements. The position emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and stability within Enhance Therapies’

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current COTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
