South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills, and promote independence through adaptive equipment. You’ll document progress on time, collaborate with facility staff, and participate in ongoing professional growth.

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

What We’re Looking For

Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification
