Harbor Health & Rehab in East Chicago, IN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time opportunity. You will work under an OT to design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain independence and confidence.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing rehab exercises, and documenting patient progress while collaborating with the rehab team.
