Position Overview

Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Danville, PA, is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. The OTA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, including documenting treatments and patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing residents' functional abilities and gather data for Section GG during assessments.
• Implement intervention plans, including ADL training, based on Occupational Therapist guidance.
• Monitor residents' performance and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress, interventions, evaluations, and treatment plans in EMRs (Net Health/PCC).
• Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility techniques and exercises; conduct remote check-ins via RTM.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Skills & Requirements

• Preferred experience in SNF/long-term care settings.
• Current PA Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing.
• Knowledge of treatment practices and familiarity with Net Health EMR preferred.
