Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification for OTA.
• Current state license.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Conducts screenings to determine residents' needs for intervention/treatment.
• Assists in evaluations under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, focusing on self-care, homemaking, functional mobility, and coordination.
