Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team in the Northlake area. You will deliver patient-centered OT services to adults and seniors in their homes, with a flexible schedule and a steady patient volume.

The role offers autonomy, mentorship, and clinical support. Visit rates are $40–$45 per visit, with mileage reimbursement and tools to reduce windshield time. Active COTA license and BLS CPR are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
