Responsibilities

• Responsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within Occupational Therapy scope of practice.
• Optimize the functionality and skills of patients.
• Complete all necessary documentation via Net Health.
• Collaborate with supervising OT developing programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents.
• Attend all required meetings including care planning, staff meetings, family meetings.
• Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification.
• Follow facility infection control policies and procedures.
