What you will do in this role:

1. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and team members; instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-up programs
2. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
3. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
4. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
5. Handle responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws
6. Perform other duties as assigned

• Candidates must have certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's degree
• Current and valid state OTA license or certificate of practice in the states where services are rendered
• CPR certification (if required)
