Requirements:

• Associatesof Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college oruniversity
• Currentstate of Texas licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• 6months full-time clinical experience
• Pediatricsexperience
• HomeHealth experience preferred
• Mustcarry valid auto insurance and driver's license.

Responsibilities include:

• Providesskilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance withphysician orders
• Providesskilled occupational therapy services/interventions in the patients homeor daytime facility
• Schedulessupervision visit(s) with his/her supervising OT according to Texas boardguidelines
• Collaborateswith all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient
• Plansfor care to meet goals of the occupational therapy interventions
• Updatesjob knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, readingprofessional publications, maintaining personal networks, andparticipating in professional organizations.
• Enhancesoccupational therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishingnew and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to jobaccomplishments
