Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Oil City, PA. You will implement therapy plans, screen residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality resident care.

Active OTA licensure in PA is required, along with ongoing professional development. This full-time role includes a $5,000 bonus and benefits, with PRN as an alternative.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Must have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Perform treatment plans and follow short- and long-term goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and families.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team.
• Conduct therapy and ensure documentation and billing of occupational therapy services.
• Perform other duties to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards of practice daily.
