Job summary

Aventura at Shiloh Springs in Trotwood, OH, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. The COTA will deliver skilled therapy under supervision, promote independence in daily activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a SNF/LTC setting.

You will document progress, use Net Health, and contribute to resident-centered care with a compassionate, team-first approach.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio COTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Help residents improve independence with daily activities, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with OTs and the rehab team to support resident goals.
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress.
• Utilize Net Health for therapy documentation.
• Bring positive energy and encouragement to the rehab gym.
• Celebrate residents' progress and achievements.

Aventura at Shiloh Springs is looking for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate COTA who enjoys working with the skilled nursing and long-term care population and wants to be part of a collaborative rehab team.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Ohio COTA license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus
• Comfortable working with Net Health is preferred
