Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate 1:1 care for residents in a luxury Independent and Assisted Living community.

Part-time or full-time roles offer a flexible schedule, with opportunities to travel or make a local impact while working in outpatient rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or eligible for state license.
• Prior outpatient setting experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work in outpatient rehab settings as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support resident goals.
