  • Supervise Therapy Technicians and assist in marketing efforts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate case lists and productivity records.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform treatment sessions with patients
  • Ensure patients and/or caregivers are educated and aware of their condition and prognosis
  • Explaining exercises and therapies to patients
  • Keep patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care
  • Complete all required documentation of each visit
  • Update plan of care as needed and discharge patients as needed under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
  • Follow therapist's plan of care and communicate with the therapist regarding care
  • Supervising Therapy Technicians
  • Listening to and recording patient successes
  • Interacting with patients of different ages, races, and socio-economic backgrounds
  • Keeping case management lists up to date
  • Assisting in marketing efforts as requested by the Marketing department
  • Keeping track of individual stats and completing productivity reports
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve clinical and administrative skills
