Lakeport Post Acute in Lakeport, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. The role offers pay ranging from $50 to $55 per hour and a supportive, collegial environment focused on patient independence.

As part of a skilled nursing/post-acute setting, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, contribute to individualized treatment plans, and help residents regain daily living skills with compassionate care.
