Job summary

Lakeport Post Acute in Lakeport, California, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing rehabilitation team. You will assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans and help residents regain independence.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $50–$55/hour with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. New graduates are welcome, and you'll work in a supportive SNF/post-acute setting with strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current California COTA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the OT in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide OT interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, and independence.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety.
• Document accurately and timely per facility standards.
