Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered occupational therapy services
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and other care team members
• Assist with daily departmental operations
• Support development and implementation of therapy programs
• Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist to monitor patient progress and outcomes

Schedules: Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN

Compensation: $28–$36 per hour, depending on location and experience

Position Overview

We are recruiting Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants for three opportunities in Kansas. These positions offer a variety of schedules and clinical settings, including hospital-based inpatient and outpatient care, skilled nursing and home health. New graduates and experienced COTAs are encouraged to apply.

• Full-time position
• Hospital, skilled nursing and home health settings
• $28–$33 per hour, depending on experience
• Approximately one hour from Wichita

Hillsboro, Kansas

• PRN or part-time position with up to 30 hours per week
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• $28–$36 per hour, depending on experience
• Potential leadership opportunity
• Approximately one hour from Wichita

Lindsborg, Kansas

• Full-time position
• Hospital-based inpatient and outpatient settings
• $28–$33 per hour, depending on experience
• Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Approximately one hour from Wichita

Key Responsibilities
