Job summary

AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing rehabilitation team. You will provide OT treatments under a licensed OT, help patients regain independence in ADLs, mobility, and safety, and document progress to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team.
• CPR certification preferred.
