Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team in Northern Colorado. This facility offers Full Time, Part Time, and PRN schedules, with a focus on geriatric care and collaborative care planning.

This building is home to a diverse group of long‑term residents, cared for by seasoned staff with low staffing ratios, who are stewarded by a well‑equipped clinical team and Administrator with years of experience in the geriatric field.

Pay: $33 – 45/ Hour Depending on Experience
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll support patient care by delivering treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, documenting progress, maintaining the therapy area, participating in care conferences, collaborating with the healthcare team, and educating families and staff on maintenance programs—all while helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
