Job summary

Waterford Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our healthcare team in Florida. You will collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists to support rehabilitation goals and help individuals improve daily living skills.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and staying current with occupational therapy developments to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• MUST hold a current and valid COTA license in the state employed.
• Long term care/post-acute care setting preferred.
• Completion of postsecondary education.
• Capable of maintaining regular attendance (i.e., weekend shifts and overtime) as required.
