Centennial Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Anchorage, Alaska to join our compassionate team and support residents on their path to independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care timely, advance your clinical skills through training, and help maintain a safe, patient-centered environment while delivering the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Report changes in resident status to the supervising therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure safe, efficient environments for residents and staff, contributing to well-being of the facility.
• Coordinate treatment goals and provide feedback to rehab aides to ensure high-quality care.

Your Role:
