Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure the best care possible.
• Provide timely, accurate documentation to meet facility, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance clinical skills through training sessions and education opportunities.
• Report changes in resident status to the supervising therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure safe, efficient environments for residents and staff, contributing to well-being of the facility.
• Coordinate treatment goals and provide feedback to rehab aides to ensure high-quality care.
