Job summary

Alumus is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services to patients in their residence, under supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role emphasizes individualized, patient-centered planning and collaborative care within a team that values evidence-based practice.

Applicants must hold a COTA license and an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold COTA license.
• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in treatment, program planning and implementation under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor guest's response to intervention and consult with Occupational Therapist if modification is required.

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is responsible for providing Occupational Therapy services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
