Job summary

Pro Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Fargo Elim Health Care Center team on a full-time PRN basis, 35–40 hours per week from November 2026 to January 2027. The role offers $40 per hour and requires a graduate from an Accredited OTA program with an active COTA license.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and have an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current COTA license.
• Must possess knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.

Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a CertifiedOccupational Therapist Assistant. We are looking for anCertifiedOccupational Therapist Assistantto join the team at Fargo Elim Health Care Center temporarily.

As our Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will provide hands‑on therapeutic support to help patients improve, regain, and maintain their daily living skills under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Your responsibilities will include implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, documenting outcomes, educating patients and families on therapeutic techniques, and collaborating with healthcare teams to support quality patient care. To be successful, you must have strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Position Type:Full-Time PRN - 35 - 40 Hours a week from November 2026 - January 2027

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistance Responsibilities:

• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
• Ability to provide patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility settings
