Pro Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join Maple Lawn Senior Care in Fulda, MN. You will work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to implement treatment plans and help patients improve daily living skills.

New grads are welcome. Competitive wage range $26-$32 per hour, with a $2,500 bonus paid over 18 months. Benefits include health, PTO, and retirement plans. Location: 400 NE 7th St Fulda, MN 56131.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and have an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
• Ability to provide patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility settings

As our Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will provide hands-on therapeutic support to help patients improve, regain, and maintain their daily living skills under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Your responsibilities will include implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, documenting outcomes, educating patients and families on therapeutic techniques, and collaborating with healthcare teams to support quality patient care.
