Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus seeks a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home therapy, assess patient needs, and support activities of daily living. You will work one-on-one with patients, tailor interventions, and coordinate with families to adapt environments and equipment, promoting safe, independent living.

A valid OTA license in Texas, Associate degree, CPR, TB screen, and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current State Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• One year experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in an acute care setting.

Minimum Qualifications
