Job summary

Tice Valley Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) to join our rehabilitation team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN schedules and competitive pay starting at $50-$52 per hour.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver OT treatments under supervision, help residents improve ADLs, educate families, and assist with discharge planning. California COTA license in good standing required; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments under the direction of an OT.
• Help residents improve activities of daily living and functional independence.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.
