Job summary

Pleasant Hill Post Acute in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist and help residents regain independence.

Responsibilities include documenting care, collaborating with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team, educating residents and families, and supporting discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current California COTA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
