Job summary

Eden Senior Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for Edenbrook Rochester, a facility within the Eden Senior Care Network, to provide rehabilitation services across one or more locations.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
• A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient‑care skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
