Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to evaluate residents' needs and assist in implementing individualized therapeutic treatment plans.
• Support residents in regaining independence by guiding them through daily living activities and enhancing functional abilities.
• Provide hands-on assistance during prescribed occupational therapy interventions to promote recovery from illness, injury, or other health conditions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
