Pay Rate: $28–$34 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Individualized Care & Treatment Support: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s goals and needs.
• Restoring Independence: Empower residents to rebuild essential life skills and improve their ability to perform daily activities with confidence and dignity.
• Hands-On Therapeutic Care: Provide skilled, supportive assistance during therapy sessions to promote recovery, mobility, and overall functional improvement.
• Professional Standards & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict confidentiality in accordance with all regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Collaborative Team Environment: Partner with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality resident care and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and current Florida COTA license (required)
