Job summary

Vivo Healthcare Normandy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support our Occupational Therapy team in providing resident-centered care.

The COTA will implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT, document progress, and help residents regain daily living skills as part of a collaborative care approach.

Florida license is required; SNF experience is preferred. We offer excellent pay and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Valid FL OTA License and Credentials.
• At least 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
