Vivo Healthcare Normandy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support our Occupational Therapy team in providing resident-centered care.

The COTA will implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT, document progress, and help residents regain daily living skills as part of a collaborative care approach.

Qualifications

• Valid FL OTA License and Credentials.
• At least 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy modalities and treatment procedures as determined by a treatment plan established by an OT.
• Provide patient care under the direct supervision of an Occupational Therapist and document progress accordingly.
