Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation in Fairview, Oregon, is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for outpatient ortho. You’ll deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under supervision of a licensed OT, helping patients improve mobility and function with individualized plans.
