Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant for outpatient orthopedics in Longview, WA. You will perform specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment under OT supervision, collaborate with patients and clinical teammates, and help patients set and achieve personal and professional goals.

The ideal candidate holds Washington State OT licensure (or is pending), graduated from an accredited OT program, and is driven to advance clinically while embracing our mission

• WA state licensure (current or pending) required.
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

• Competitive wages of $25.00–$35.00 per hour.
