Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join its outpatient ortho team in Vancouver, WA. This role supports OTs with hands-on, evidence-based care, helping patients regain mobility and function in a modern outpatient setting.

You will work within a collaborative clinical team, track patient progress, and engage in continual professional development through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
